• Rental with large deck facing the pool

  Situated near the lighthouse "Phare des Baleines", at 5 mn of the Beach "La Conche", one of the most beautiful beaches of the île de Ré, the residence is also situated 400 meters away of the "Cote Sauvage" (ideal for the walks at sunsets and the fishing from the shore). Close to the bicycle paths, tennis, mini-golf, equestrian club and the natural reserve of Lilleau de Niges's in Les Portes. The residence is in 5 minutes of saint Clément's center, where you will find convenience stores a very good restaurant and a market in summer. All our rentals are equipped with the WiFi internet, with flat screen TV, with ceramic glass cooktops, microwave ovens or classic, refrigerator freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. A Small Barbecue is at your disposal. Every rent has a privative terrace, equipped with garden furnitures giving onto the swimming pool. The dimension(size) of the residence (3 rents only) will allow you to take advantage of the swimming pool reserved for the tenants.

  Lilleau des niges offers you: in the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen giving onto the terrace in front of the swimming pool, a shower room with TOILETS, in the first floor you will find 3 rooms, one having a view on the Lighthouse, a bathroom and separated toilets

• Insider tips

  There are numerous bicycle paths near rental, in the evening the wild coast 500 meters away will allow you to see the fabulous sunsets on the ocean. In season, you can take advantage of the small typical market of ST-Clément or of Ars. Bicycle hires are available on demand.

  "Location parfaite : propre, très bien située : dans un village très calme, près de la mer et des pistes cyclables, parfait pour la découverte de l'île ! Terrasse et piscine (chauffée!) très agréables, sans aucun vis-à-vis. "

  "Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour sur l'ìle et les logements étaient super. Très bien équipés, comme c'est agréable ! Le seul regret c'est d'avoir changé de location dans le même lotissement pendant les deux semaines, mais c'est de notre faute, à nous de nous y prendre plus tôt la prochaine fois. Encore merci. "
